Cybersecurity Roadmap & Improvement Plan
A plan that sets out which security projects will be carried out, in what order and over what period.
What the roadmap contains
The roadmap puts the improvement projects in a logical order. For each project, a matrix indicates complexity and lead time. Where needed, we prepare a technical design.
Time frame
A roadmap typically covers several years. Depending on size and available resources, it can also be shorter.
Support during implementation
After the roadmap, we can support the implementation: the implementation plan, project follow-up and coordination between leadership and IT. Where needed, we assist and coach the IT team on technical matters. Afterwards, we verify that the measures have been implemented correctly.
